Executive Director
With over 25 years of experience in senior living, Michelle is a passionate advocate for residents and a driving force behind a warm, welcoming community. She’s deeply committed to enriching the lives of seniors and leading with heart, compassion, and purpose.
Michelle also enjoys time in the kitchen, doting on her granddaughter Charlee, and hanging out with her cat Angelo.

Michele brings energy and empathy to every conversation, combining her background as a lifestyle coach and Reiki Master to build meaningful relationships with residents and families. She’s passionate about making every experience supportive and uplifting.
She’s also a proud mom of three, a creative spirit, and a frequent traveler who enjoys staying active and exploring new places.
